1. Services

We provide customized printing services, including brochures, business cards, calendars, packaging, and other printed products.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed online or via email/phone.

Prices shown include applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or other approved gateways.

3. Artwork & Content

Customers must provide copyright-free designs or confirm they hold the rights. We are not liable for copyrighted or offensive material supplied by clients.

4. Turnaround & Delivery

Standard production: 5–7 working days after final artwork approval. Delivery time depends on courier partners and destination.

5. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before printing starts. After production has begun, cancellations are not possible (see Refund Policy).

6. Liability

While we strive for perfection, minor variations in color or size may occur due to printing limitations. Our liability is limited to reprinting or refund as per our Refund Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
