Our Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Printech Solution, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our guidelines for order cancellations, refunds, and replacements. Please read carefully before placing your order to understand your rights and our procedures.

Order Cancellation

Before Production: Full cancellation allowed

You may cancel an order before printing starts by contacting us via email or phone. Once production has started, cancellations are not allowed as materials and resources have been committed.

Refund Processing

5–7 working days for refund processing

Refunds for cancelled orders, failed transactions, or duplicate payments will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days.

Damaged Products

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage
  • Include order ID and contact details
  • We will verify and process replacement

Printing Errors

If the delivered product has printing errors, color mismatches, or quality issues due to our fault, we will provide a full replacement or refund after verification. Customer-supplied artwork errors are not eligible for refunds.

  • Provide order ID and issue description
  • Attach clear photos of the problem
  • Our team will review within 24 hours
  • Approved replacements ship within 3-5 days

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-designed products after approval
  • Orders with customer-supplied artwork errors
  • Products damaged due to mishandling
  • Orders completed as per specifications

Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but the order fails or shows as unsuccessful, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 5-7 working days. For duplicate charges, contact us immediately with transaction details.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding refunds or replacements, our customer support team will work with you to find a fair resolution. All decisions will be made based on evidence provided and our quality standards.
