You may cancel an order before printing starts by contacting us via email or phone.
Once production has started, cancellations are not allowed.
Refunds for failed or duplicate transactions will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
If the delivered product is damaged or has printing errors, we will replace or refund after verification.
To request a replacement, email us at printechsol21@gmail.com with your order ID, photos of the issue, and contact details within 48 hours of delivery.
